I’m Debbie Feehery, Founder of Shared Light Studio. I create natural, refined photography for families, mothers, and newborns who value warmth, presence, and lasting beauty.

My sessions are calm and unhurried, designed to feel comfortable and personal. I focus on small, honest moments and genuine interaction to create images that feel true to you and meaningful over time.

Alongside private portrait work, I lead participatory photography workshops where children and youth are given the space to tell their own stories — building confidence, creativity, and a sense of voice.

I founded Shared Light Studio after many years working in the humanitarian field with a focus on child protection and education. I’m also a mom myself and appreciate how quickly life moves and how special it is to capture family memories throughout various seasons of life.

Shared Light Studio exists for those who want photography that feels both beautiful and real — images that reflect connection, care, and the everyday moments that matter most.
